Q1: Does the item come with free shipping?
A: Some goods in TVPAO are in Free shipping service. Total purchase value less than USD200, ship by post, more than USD200, ship by express. PLEASE NOTE You may incur extra shipping costs if the address is a remote location (at standard market rates).

Q2: How long does delivery usually take?
A: The product will be shipped 1-7 working days after purchase. If ship by post, it would take 15-45 working days to deliver, if ship by epxress, it would take 3-8 working days to deliver.

Q3: Which post and express will be used?
A: It depends on the destination country. TVPAO cooperate with many forwarder to insure the fast shipping. Such as the post, we work with AliExpress Standard Shipping, 4PX, DHL eCommerce, etc, the express, we work with the official DHL/UPS/FedEx.

Q4: How to check the status of my package?
A: Get your tracking number from order detail or your email send from TVPAO.

Q5: What countries do you ship to?
A: Global.

Q6: I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
A: If all items are purchased on the same day, we try our best to make sure they are all delivered at the same time. Products that are purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being delivered together.

Q7: Can I change my delivery address after the product has already been shipped?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is on route.
