There can be several reasons why a TV box might have trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. Here are some common issues and troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Check Wi-Fi Network and Password: Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly and the password you entered is correct. Check other devices in your home to confirm if they can connect to the same Wi-Fi network successfully.

2. Signal Strength and Range: The TV box might not be able to connect to Wi-Fi if it is too far from the router or experiencing weak signal strength. Move the TV box closer to the router or consider using a Wi-Fi range extender to improve the signal strength in that area.

3. Restart TV Box and Router: Try restarting both your TV box and the Wi-Fi router. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

4. Wi-Fi Interference: Other devices operating in close proximity to the TV box or interference from nearby electronic devices can cause connection issues. Move any electronic devices away from the TV box and router to minimize interference.

If it shows WIFI but the search can’t find the WiFI that the customer needs to connect, usually this situation occurs is that the customer needs to connect 5G WiFi, the specific processing method is as follows:

a Confirm the country the customer is using
b Confirm whether the box can connect 2.4G WiFi, whether the box supports 5G WiFi
c Confirm whether the 5G WiFi of the customer’s router is turned on.
d The signal channel of the box and the signal channel of the router don’t match, you need to adjust the signal channel of the router, you can refer to the manual of the router for the specific adjustment method. The adjustment position is usually in: WIFI Advanced Settings – RF Settings, the international standard is: 12-41
